Tierärztliche Klinik Nürnberg (Hafen)

My experience with the clinic is very good. My dog was bitten badly on his rear leg however the vets stitched it well. Gustav is now happily zooming around.

Don't believe the bad reviews! This vet has quite a low rating, but it's not deserved. We had to rush our dog to the vet at 1am and this was our closest option, but we had an amazing experience. The receptionist spoke English to us, because our German was very limited. She told us her English was not the best but she tried anyway, and this was very helpful. Unfortunately our dog pooped in the reception area because she was sick, and even though I wanted to clean it up, the receptionist insisted on helping us. This was very unnecessary but she really went above and beyond to help us and it was really appreciated. Once we got into the vet's office, she was very professional but not unfriendly, and she explained everything to us very well. I could see that she really cares about animals, which to be honest is not the experience we have had with other vets since we arrived in Germany, so this was really a nice experience for us. A couple of reviews here spoke about how expensive it was, so I was very worried. However, our dog got 2 injections and a couple of medications, and the price was much much lower than I was expecting. I will never hesitate to use this vet again. Thank you very much for the great experience!

We had a problem with our small poodle after midnight. Once she started coughing up blood, we knew a trip to an emergency room was the wisest thing to do. We are so lucky to have this Clinic within a 5-Minute car Ride. A quick diagnosis caused the doctor to react accordingly. Our doggie stayed overnight for observation. No dog owner wants to leave their Baby anywhere overnight, but we had a very strong feeling that she was in very good hands there. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They made sure we understood what they had diagnosed. This was not our first experience with this Clinic. It is sometimes very busy, so sometimes you have to wait a bit, but a small wait to help our animals get healthier is a very small price to pay. I have trouble understanding negative comments that some people write. If I could, I would give many more stars in my review. Thanks for all your help.

1 stars is too much to give this vet. Brought her in for an endoscopy. Neglected our dog as she laid dying on the floor. We called for help for over an hour and eventually her breathing was so labored we had to beg them to take her out of her misery. The woman putting her down was chatting with someone else while we cried over our dying dog. On top of that, we were the ones that had to put her in a bag. Never once apologized for how they treated her. We walked into the vet fully expecting to take her home. They never gave her the chance to. Disgusting place, disgusting people. Don’t bring your animal here if you don’t want it to suffer.

If your american don't come here. We wait 3 hours as our dog bled out on the floor. Terrible service no help. Couldn't bother care for our 9 year old golden girl. Completely unreasonable humans how they treated a living animal. And yes it died on there floor and we still got charged
