Luckily, I was able to get an appointment at short notice. I had an emergency with my cat. The vet was remarkably kind and handled my cat very gently. Everything was explained clearly, and all my questions were answered calmly and without any rush. The practice is modern and clean, and the receptionists and phone staff were always friendly. A really good first impression of the practice.

We are more than satisfied with the practice. Our Rhodesian Ridgeback had bilateral entropion, which required surgery. After our initial contact, we received an appointment for the operation very quickly. On the day of the surgery, both we and our dog were treated with great understanding and kindness. Everything was explained very clearly. Now, about three weeks after the surgery, it's hardly noticeable that she had an operation. The scars have healed very well, and she no longer has any discomfort. We felt very well cared for and would definitely recommend the practice.

I took my elderly cat there after my vet recommended we see an eye specialist. I saw Mr. Werner-Tutschku and was very satisfied with the treatment. He took a lot of time for both my cat and me. He has a very gentle and caring manner with the animals. Definitely worth recommending!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary ophthalmology practice! It was the best vet visit I've ever had! We took our dog to Dr. Maximilian Werner-Tutschku for surgery. He and his team are very professional, yet incredibly empathetic, loving, and warm. He explained everything perfectly beforehand, and it all went exactly as he said. On top of that, I was allowed to stay with my dog ​​until he fell asleep and was back with him before he woke up. So, this vet visit was a positive experience for both dog and owner! Thank you!! To other pet owners: Don't be put off by a potentially long drive (we drove 200 kilometers to Nuremberg), it's absolutely worth it!
