My cat received excellent care. The aftercare was also top-notch. However, I'm only giving two stars because I've been chasing the bill for weeks and still haven't received it. This is very frustrating, as I have to submit the bill to my pet insurance to get reimbursed. Unfortunately, this makes it pointless for future visits. A real shame.
