A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at the Seelscheid Small Animal Medicine Center – and especially to Dr. Gröger, who has supported us through so many moments with her expertise, calm demeanor, and great empathy. Whether in emergencies or during her on-call shifts on the nights of our puppies' births, she was always there, dedicated, attentive, and absolutely reliable. We are incredibly grateful for that. Dr. Schildknecht and Ms. Glaz also do fantastic work – competent, honest, and always with great empathy. It's clear that every move they make is precise and that the animals' well-being is their top priority. The entire team is friendly, helpful, and always takes their time – whether it's for routine checkups or serious situations. We simply feel well cared for here and know: we couldn't ask for better care for our dog and our four cats. Thank you all!

The best. We’ve had some bad experiences at other vets and clinics but the team here are excellent. You can tell immediately that it’s not just a job but that they truly love animals.

Today was our first visit to this practice, and I can only say: This is how veterinary medicine should be! From the very first phone call, I felt I was in excellent hands as a new patient. The staff member was exceptionally friendly and competent, and she took the time to answer all my important questions. Although it wasn't a life-threatening emergency, it was a time-sensitive case in the field of reproductive medicine. Despite my very short notice, they did everything they could to ensure the appointment could take place promptly. We received a very warm welcome and outstanding care at the practice. The entire treatment was professional, competent, and conducted with great empathy. I was particularly impressed by the respectful and appreciative manner – both with the animals and their owners. This practice offers exactly what you want and expect as a patient. Unfortunately, this is far from being a given these days. That's why I appreciate the friendliness, organization, and professional expertise of the entire team all the more. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend this practice. 5 stars ⭐️ with distinction 🫶

A truly fantastic practice. Very modern and very clean. All the staff always seemed friendly and helpful. Scheduling appointments is also very easy. They even have two separate waiting rooms to keep cats and dogs apart. So far, I've found all the veterinarians to be very friendly, patient, dedicated, and competent. I'm always impressed by how calm the staff can keep our cats in any situation. The atmosphere has always been relaxed to (appropriately) cheerful, but professional. We've always arrived well in advance of our appointments, with few to no other patients in the waiting room (only once was there another person; otherwise, I've always been alone). I always feel taken seriously, and I generally consider the price-performance ratio fair, although I don't have anything to compare it to. Payment is always immediate and straightforward with a card on-site. It seems you can also request an invoice by prior arrangement. So far, we are completely satisfied. Only the AI-based automated phone system that kicks in when the practice is busy is a bit of a challenge. Nevertheless, I find this option better than always being able to call a doctor's office in vain.

Can only praise this vets practice. My dog needed an emergency cesarean. They kept me calm with their professional and kind way of dealing with the situation.
