I am absolutely thrilled with the veterinary practice. The entire team is very friendly, competent, and above all, very empathetic. The atmosphere in the practice is very pleasant and stress-free, which is very important for both my dog ​​and me. Many thanks to Dr. Meyer and the entire team for the excellent care before, during, and after my dog's surgery.

I was very satisfied with my first visit. The interior is very neat and clean, and I found the staff and the veterinarian to be very friendly and she took her time. My miniature Australian Shepherd was very nervous, but the vet was very understanding. We will definitely recommend them, and we finally have a veterinarian again.

We've taken our French Bulldog to this veterinary practice three times now, each time for different reasons, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it. Our dog had to be put under anesthesia for various procedures, including a 3D scan, the removal of a polyp in his ear, and most recently, for nasal surgery (nose widening) and treatment of a damaged tooth. Anesthesia isn't always straightforward, especially for a French Bulldog, due to their breed-specific characteristics. We were all the more impressed by the expertise and care they demonstrate here. It's immediately apparent that the team has extensive experience with brachycephalic (short-nosed) breeds and pays close attention to breathing and all safety aspects throughout the entire procedure and anesthesia. The practice also boasts state-of-the-art equipment and diagnostic capabilities that we haven't encountered in other practices. Whether it's 3D diagnostics or a thorough examination of the ear canal using specialized techniques, you get the feeling that the medical expertise here is of a very high standard, and that every possible avenue is explored to ensure a precise diagnosis and the best possible treatment. All procedures went exceptionally well. Our dog tolerated every anesthetic very well. The recovery after the nasal surgery was particularly uncomplicated. Just a few hours after the procedure, he was surprisingly fit again, and the very next day he was visibly better. His breathing has improved significantly, and the entire healing process has been smooth so far. Special praise goes to our veterinarian, Mr. Boris Kirnos. He always took plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer our questions, whether by phone, email, or in person. We felt well-advised, taken seriously, and that our dog was in the very best hands at all times. The entire practice team is also exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and warm. Both the animals and their owners are treated with great respect and affection. You can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. We would also like to emphasize the excellent organization. Communication was always smooth, questions were answered promptly, and we never felt alone with our concerns. We also found the price-performance ratio to be absolutely fair and reasonable. For this outstanding care, we are always happy to make the hour-and-a-half drive. That says it all. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice and will definitely bring our dog back in the future if specialized veterinary treatment is needed.
