We are thrilled! This veterinary practice has an exceptionally friendly and calm atmosphere, combined with a high level of medical expertise. You immediately sense the genuine interest in the animals. Our dog – a somewhat sensitive Lagotto Romagnolo prone to drama – even enjoys coming here after a procedure, which really speaks volumes. I would especially like to highlight the excellent appointment management: appointments are made by phone, yet you are seen practically immediately upon arrival. This is exactly how you want a veterinary practice to be!

Dr. Dietz visited us for the first time today. She handled the diagnosis of my mare's hoof and leg with great care and patience. Every step was explained clearly and thoroughly. She answered all my questions kindly. My mare also seemed to like the vet and was very cooperative. As the owner, I felt well cared for. Dr. Dietz himself handled the appointment scheduling. This, too, was done with absolute professionalism. He asked specific questions over the phone and relayed all the necessary information.

A very friendly, warm, and highly competent team. Our Havanese receives excellent care here on a regular basis and is practically given a complete makeover. 😊 After experiences with other practices, we feel most comfortable here by far and know our dog is in the best hands. Absolutely recommended!
