You immediately sense the genuine interest in the animals. Our dog – a somewhat sensitive Lagotto Romagnolo prone to drama – even enjoys coming here after a procedure, which really speaks volumes. I would especially like to highlight the excellent appointment management: appointments are made by phone, yet you are seen practically immediately upon arrival. Dr. Dietz visited us for the first time today. She handled the diagnosis of my mare's hoof and leg with great care and patience. Every step was explained clearly and thoroughly. She answered all my questions kindly. My mare also seemed to like the vet and was very cooperative. As the owner, I felt well cared for. Dr. Dietz himself handled the appointment scheduling. This, too, was done with absolute professionalism. He asked specific questions over the phone and relayed all the necessary information.
