My daughter's cat had surgery. There was absolutely no information about stitch removal, etc. The operator simply hung up when we said days later on the phone that the cat was unwell. At an animal hospital, it turned out that everything was infected. Unfortunately, they couldn't save the little one (not even a year old). Irresponsible; in a human case, this would be considered failure to render assistance. Even one star is too generous. She was the sweetest cat, thanks for nothing.
