Competent and always friendly service. I highly recommend this practice. The veterinarian always remains calm and explains everything very patiently and in a way that even a layperson can understand. Nevertheless, I hope I don't have to see her as often as possible 😉

Aside from the treatment itself, the highest rates are charged everywhere, sometimes twice as much as other veterinarians. We went here for years, probably out of convenience...and occasionally had a worrisome feeling. Ultimately, over the years, treatment errors emerged. For example, we were sold an expensive dry food as a complete pet food, but the treatment could have been done with a nutritional supplement at a fraction of the price.

The animals are treated with great care, competence, and warmth. I immediately felt comfortable here. We've found a wonderful practice team for our two dwarf lop rabbits!

Over the years as a pet owner, I have had a lot of experience with veterinarians. Due to our move, we are with Dr. Heydemann-Ullrich and we feel in good hands there with our 3 cats. The whole practice team is very nice to animals and people and I have to say that this practice is the best so far. Even though an appointment has been made, there are delays until it's your turn, but that's due to the fact that time is taken for the patient. I have never experienced being treated unkindly or being dealt with quickly. Diagnoses and treatment suggestions are explained and discussed and you are not pressured into anything and can think about it in peace. As far as the prices are concerned, I can only say the following: It is no more expensive there than at the other vets we have been to and definitely cheaper than in Bretzenheim and yes, animals cost money. If you are "unlucky" (like us) then quite a lot and if you are not willing or able to pay for it, it is better not to get a pet. We don't cry over a dime for medical bills because our 3 "surprise eggs" are worth it. Maybe some people should think about the fact that every business has ongoing costs and that there are people there who want to make a living from something. I don't think you have to be a business expert to know that medical services and the corresponding specialist knowledge cannot be offered at dumping prices.

Excellent expertise; they also have an ultrasound specialist who is highly knowledgeable in her field. The practice is small, but this allows ample time for each patient. It's also a good tip for pet owners, who often struggle to find a competent veterinarian with sufficient knowledge. You can certainly bring your pet here if you have a problem.
