Very friendly, to the point, and always helpful. The pricing is excellent for standard services (vaccinations, minor injuries), and waiting times are usually quite short (maximum 30 minutes so far). The waiting room is mixed, so it might be something to consider if you have an anxious animal. The parking situation isn't ideal, but it's manageable. I can only speak from the perspective of a cat owner with three years of experience as a customer, but I'm absolutely convinced and feel completely well cared for and informed there, and I can therefore highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue! I'm very, very satisfied. I highly recommend her. She's very empathetic, very animal-loving, and caters to both the animal and the owner individually. Thank you so much for everything! I've been going to her for over 15 years with several rabbits and our tomcat.

The best veterinarian anyone could wish for. She has extensive expertise and a wonderful way with animals, and with their owners, who are sometimes very worried. And she's almost always available. Absolutely fantastic!

We are very happy with Dr. Kasche. We have dogs and cats! She is gentle and has always helped us, even in emergencies! When our dog was sick or elderly, she came to our home by appointment and provided us with invaluable advice and support! She's a wonderful woman who also has children and has to juggle everything. It's important to schedule appointments! This has always worked out well for us! We've been coming for over 18 years and have never been disappointed! We hope she stays with us for a while longer!
