I found this veterinarian very rude and dismissive on the phone. This didn't create any trust, and therefore a visit is out of the question for me. Ultimately, I don't want to be treated like that as a pet owner at the practice. But perhaps she was just having a bad day.

Best vet ever! Highly knowledgeable, excellent expertise, incredibly loving with animals, great explanations for owners, and absolutely fair prices – and she's been doing it for years! Love her!
