A kind doctor who took a lot of time for me and my dog. All my questions were answered very patiently and thoroughly. A super-friendly receptionist initially noted my concerns about the dog so that the doctor could go through them with me step by step after the examination. This made me feel very well looked after and I left the practice with a good feeling. Thank you so much for that :)
I received very thorough and friendly advice here. Since my visit took place during the Corona pandemic, I was unable to accompany the patient and had to wait outside. The practice is located very close to a stop for tram line 1. There are several parking spaces in front of the practice. The entrance is at ground level.
Well, my dog was acutely ill, but without even asking, the first thing she said was, "You don't have an appointment." She made us feel unwelcome, even though the waiting room was empty. Then we wanted to make an appointment for neutering, but couldn't get one because she said she was short-staffed. We agreed that she would call us back to give us an appointment time. We're still waiting for that call. It's been four weeks already. I think Ms. Rößling could do without patients! My first impression was actually very good, but in retrospect, I'm very disappointed!
An incredibly great team with a wealth of expertise, competence, love of animals, and time to provide detailed information to the animal companions! You never leave the practice without having learned something new about your pet. My previous vet refused to operate on my rat's tumor, but Dr. Rößling took on the task, prepared well, the surgery went extremely well, and the result is a rat that is still tumor-free after 5 months :)
A wonderful, empathetic veterinarian, whom I have great trust in as a colleague, and who always provides excellent care for my pets and companion animals. Cornelia Rößling takes her time, asks questions, and has a great knack for companion animals, such as guinea pigs and rabbits, who sometimes get neglected.
