Are home visits offered for severely ill animals?

Yes, in urgent exceptional cases home visits are generally possible by prior arrangement. Due to limited capacity, however, we kindly ask that pets be brought directly to the practice premises.

How does a visit to the practice work and do I need to make an appointment in advance?

Treatments are carried out during the specified hours through open consultations as well as by prior telephone appointment. Please note that patient registration closes 30 minutes before the end of consultation hours.

What languages does the practice team speak in everyday work?

The practice team speaks fluent German. Thanks to international staff, communication and consultations are also possible in other languages such as Ukrainian.

Fantastic doctor who takes his time! My dog was bitten in the abdomen by another dog yesterday, and Dr. Venske and the nurse, even though the practice was closed, cared for my dog extensively and for a very long time (a complex peritoneal surgery). We are incredibly grateful to the practice; if it hadn't been for Dr. Venske, who knows what would have happened to my dog. Thank you so much!!!
