Quite strange, I find it. They're certainly not looking for new customers. I dialed the practice number, or so I thought. I have no idea where I ended up—the vet's cell phone? It's not my fault, though, and I didn't want to go there either. And then it felt like "how do I get rid of potential customers as quickly as possible?" I'd read somewhere that it wasn't wheelchair accessible, and I'd really liked to know what that meant, since I have severely limited mobility. The answer I got was "there are three steps, you can't get in there with a wheelchair." Then I was dismissed. Aside from the fact that I would like a bit more accessibility, and I think you can overcome three steps with goodwill, I didn't get a chance to explain that it can be done without a wheelchair if necessary... The doctor was under a lot of stress and assumed I shouldn't have gone straight to him, but still, a different reaction would certainly have been possible. Too bad, the reviews were good, I would have liked to get to know the practice, but now we'll keep looking....

Dr. Sanders is very competent and also very friendly. He explains everything very clearly and treated my little dog with great care. We feel very comfortable and well cared for.

His calm and relaxed manner allows him to give my otherwise hyperactive and anxious dog the necessary peace and security 😊 I am more than satisfied and can recommend him without hesitation!

I've been treating my cats with Dr. Sanders for years and can only say positive things. He has always treated my animals with great love and care.
