Our cat, about 15 years old, suddenly became very ill... she stopped eating and was lethargic... of course, it happened on the weekend. Out of desperation, we contacted Dr. Hecking, and he arrived about an hour later and examined the cat, diagnosed her... gave her an injection and a pill... then he also gave her medication for the next day... all this was done calmly and very kindly... all in all, a great doctor and person... We would gladly use him again if needed 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The cat is doing really well again 🍀🍀🍀

I'm grateful that he treated us after hours. However, I'm deeply disturbed and can't shake the memory. To show me the animal was sedated, he pinched it several times and cracked its paws. He even touched its eye! Saying goodbye was very upsetting for me.

Our 19-year-old cat, Eni (Enigma), suddenly became disoriented and couldn't recognize anything anymore. Her pupils were wide open. It was likely a neurological problem. Dr. Hecking came to our home, which I think is wonderful—no stress for our cat. He assessed the situation quickly and accurately. With heavy hearts, we decided on euthanasia. Dr. Hecking handled it so sensitively and respectfully; thank you for that. Eni crossed the Rainbow Bridge in her basket without ever having to lie on an operating table.
