Our 19-year-old cat, Eni (Enigma), suddenly became disoriented and couldn't recognize anything anymore. Her pupils were wide open. It was likely a neurological problem. Dr. Hecking came to our home, which I think is wonderful—no stress for our cat. He assessed the situation quickly and accurately. With heavy hearts, we decided on euthanasia. Dr. Hecking handled it so sensitively and respectfully; thank you for that. Eni crossed the Rainbow Bridge in her basket without ever having to lie on an operating table. Animal treatment, especially for cats, should be done at home much more often. Thank you for your dedication, Dr. Hecking.

I thank him for treating us after work. But I'm deeply disturbed and can't shake this memory. To show me that the animal was sedated, he pinched her several times and cracked her paws. He even touched her eye! Saying goodbye was very upsetting for me.

Highly recommended. Super nice and polite. My cat had an injury to its paw, and I was terrified. He came over, even though everything was fine. He took the time to come over to look at the cat, so he was very satisfied. Great price, really, and fast.
