We've always been very satisfied, unfortunately, only so far. I made an appointment in January 2025 for dental treatment for our two dachshunds on February 19th and 21st. We arrived promptly at 11:00 a.m., but were told to wait another 15 minutes. After a walk, when we arrived again on time, the older nurse unfriendlyly told us that two other patients who had arrived after us were being treated. I don't understand that, especially since they weren't emergencies. So, the practice won't see us again. We have three senior dachshunds with a lot of work to do, so we were a good spender.

What has become of a practice that was once very good and had polite staff? I had to take our dog into the practice at short notice today. First of all, we were told in a very rude manner that we couldn't just turn up without an appointment (what are opening hours for) - you almost got the feeling we had to apologize that the dog wasn't well. Then, of course, we were kept sitting there for ages - we didn't have an appointment. Then, after an hour and a half, we were allowed into the treatment room and what a surprise - the first thing we were told to do was call in advance - it really does mess everything up. We have been coming to the practice with our dogs for many years, it's a shame that we will now be going our separate ways. I have to mention one thing to be fair: Dr. Kallee wasn't there today.

Our dwarf rabbit was admitted as an emergency case shortly before the practice closed. All the staff were very friendly, and our rabbit was examined from head to toe. Thank you so much for the quick and uncomplicated help.

I am very satisfied: competent advice, transparent pricing, and treats for the furry friends. Scheduling appointments is easy, whether by email or phone. Dr. Kallee and Ms. Rosch are experienced and loving in their handling of every animal. Thank you for your great helpfulness.
