We've always been very satisfied, unfortunately, only so far. I made an appointment in January 2025 for dental treatment for our two dachshunds on February 19th and 21st. We arrived promptly at 11:00 a.m., but were told to wait another 15 minutes. After a walk, when we arrived again on time, the older nurse unfriendlyly told us that two other patients who had arrived after us were being treated. I don't understand that, especially since they weren't emergencies. So, the practice won't see us again. We have three senior dachshunds with a lot of work to do, so we were a good spender.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Kallee and her team. My cat Carlie had a life-threatening urinary blockage caused by a "crystal." His condition was so critical that we feared the worst. When the vet saw my desperation, she gave it her all and, in a second, patient attempt, managed to clear the blockage. She didn't give up and saved Carlie's life. I was able to take him home that same evening. Here, they not only work with the highest level of expertise, but with genuine compassion for both animals and people. A huge thank you for this miracle!

Our dwarf rabbit was admitted as an emergency case shortly before the practice closed. All the staff were very friendly, and our rabbit was examined from head to toe. Thank you so much for the quick and uncomplicated help.
