We would like to take this opportunity to thank the always friendly and competent practice team once again. For 19 years, our Lara received excellent medical care. Thank you for the very friendly initial appointment. The doctor explained everything perfectly. The nurses gave our Loki a very warm welcome, and us too, of course. It's wonderful to know that we and our precious Loki are in good hands here.

After 14 years together, we had to have our family dog ​​put down quite suddenly and unexpectedly for that day. His condition had deteriorated dramatically within a few hours, so we urgently needed to see the vet that evening. Waiting any longer was not an option given his excruciating condition. Unfortunately, we found the situation extremely stressful, not only because of saying goodbye to our beloved pet, but also because of the way we were treated. The vet's tone was harsh, unfriendly, irritated, unsympathetic, and disrespectful. This behavior made an already extremely difficult situation even worse for us. We wouldn't wish this on any other pet owner to be treated this way during this final, difficult journey, and we never want to experience it again. In such a moment, you want professionalism, empathy, and compassion from a vet. This experience and inhumanity was unfortunately very disappointing for us.
