Dr.med.vet. Birgit Frey Tierärztin

A shocking experience! In 20 years, I've never encountered such a veterinarian. Aside from the fact that Ms. Frey sedated our horse too deeply for transport, then yelled at the horse, and to top it all off, used a wooden board to beat it into the trailer. When we objected, she started yelling at us, saying we had no idea what we were doing. Overall, we are simply shocked by the way she treated us. I recommend that anyone who loves their animal choose a different vet.

Very competent and honest advice and good treatment for my horse.

This woman should quit her job. She was my regular vet for 10 years. My horse had colic one Saturday afternoon, was lying on the ground drenched in sweat, looked like a gray horse, and this woman told me on the phone that she was off duty. I would have come an hour ago 😡🤮. She sent me the numbers of other vets, advertised on her website that she only comes in emergencies. After the second call, I asked if she could at least make my horse fit for transport so I could get to the clinic. The answer: "I already said I was off duty 🤮🤮🤮 but I'm available in emergencies." To me, that's a failure to render assistance. This woman will never set foot on my farm again. She doesn't even deserve one star.

Ms. Frey has not lived at Großgartenweg 1 since November 2022. She was a tenant in my house and posted this photo without permission. The last few years with her have been unbearable. If she treats horses the way she treats me as a tenant, then I'm done for.
