This woman should give up her job, she was my vet for 10 years, my horse had colic on a Saturday afternoon, was lying on the floor drenched in sweat, looking like a grey horse, and this woman told me on the phone that she was off work, I would have been here an hour ago😡🤮 and sent me numbers of other vets, advertised on her homepage but that she comes in emergencies, after the second call I asked if she could at least make my horse fit for transport so I could get to the clinic, the answer was: I already said that I was off work🤮🤮🤮 but she is there in emergencies, for me that is failure to provide assistance, this woman will never come to my farm again. She doesn't even deserve a star

Ms. Frey has not lived at Großgartenweg 1 since November 2022. She was a tenant in my house and posted this photo without permission. The last few years with her have been unbearable. If she treats horses the way she treats me as a tenant, then I'm done for.

A shocking experience! In 20 years, I've never encountered such a veterinarian. Aside from the fact that Ms. Frey sedated our horse too deeply for transport, then yelled at the horse, and to top it all off, used a wooden board to beat it into the trailer. When we objected, she started yelling at us, saying we had no idea what we were doing. Overall, we are simply shocked by the way she treated us. I recommend that anyone who loves their animal choose a different vet.

Very competent and honest advice and good treatment for my horse.
