Dr.med.vet. Heidi Bensch

A fantastic practice! We never have to wait long, our cats receive excellent examinations, and the entire team is incredibly kind! We've already dealt with some serious illnesses with our cats, and both vets have always taken plenty of time to listen to our concerns. The veterinary assistant is highly competent and always very gentle with our animals! We'll definitely be staying here!

I've been to this practice several times and, unfortunately, was very dissatisfied every time! The receptionist deserves 5 stars because she's truly very friendly and competent, but the vet doesn't even deserve one star! The vet is incredibly unfriendly. You're not allowed to bring anyone with you (children during the summer holidays) and get reprimanded for it. Another time, my pet was dying; I was already on the floor and was still treated in an unfriendly manner. I've switched vets. The practice is very outdated and doesn't have any equipment like X-ray machines or anything similar. The animals can only be examined by touch. Furthermore, it's very expensive, and the "price-performance ratio" is unacceptable. What a shame!

Poor customer service. No consultation or clarification regarding the price. It's simply increased all of a sudden, with no discussion about it. The doctor made it clear that she doesn't care and isn't willing to accommodate you at all. In my opinion, that's not how you retain customers.

I can't understand the reviews here. We've been taking our dog to Dr. Bensch for 13 years. She's a very competent and empathetic veterinarian, also very kind to both people and animals, and far too modest. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

She's a very caring and compassionate veterinarian, and her veterinary assistant is also very kind. We feel very comfortable with Ms. Bensch. She also treats the animals very kindly.
