I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this veterinary practice. The ladies at reception are always very kind and friendly. I take my cat to the younger vet, and I feel completely understood by her. She does everything possible to ensure my cat is comfortable. Even during treatment, the vet is very gentle and empathetic. Making an appointment is really straightforward, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. In short: We feel very well cared for here and are extremely satisfied.

We are very satisfied with Dr. Heim and have felt very well cared for here with our two cats for the past seven years. She always takes her time and examines calmly and carefully, always explaining things in a way that even a layperson can understand and follow. She has a wealth of expertise and has always been able to help us. She is always realistic and also provides an assessment of which examinations are truly beneficial and which will only be a drain on the wallet.

We've been seeing Dr. Heim for almost 17 years. We're completely satisfied! I can't report any downsides. Everything is top-notch! I'd love to come here for treatment myself. 😉
