The practice is totally outdated and run down. The receptionists are very nice, BUT the vet is a disaster; she even hurt the dog on purpose, so I fled the vet with him!! Both eyes are bloodshot, and the first diagnosis I received was that she can't see anything, her eyes look normal, and the second diagnosis I received was that I should go to an ophthalmologist. This woman shouldn't be allowed to call herself a vet!!!

Avoid this practice! Unfortunately, I have to agree with all the bad reviews; this practice, including the vet, is an absolute disgrace. My dog ​​was treated on a disgustingly dirty table, on which there was also a dead, half-covered cat. After spending a day there, my dog ​​was in a catastrophic state. A garbage bag had been pulled over him, for whatever reason, and he was also treated with expired medication. He received 14(!) different medications within 6 hours. Either this vet is only after money or she has an incredibly low standard of medical care.

We brought two little female dogs home from a Croatian kill shelter. We needed a very good and experienced veterinarian who was also knowledgeable about Mediterranean diseases. We found that veterinarian in Dr. Veronika Dellwing! She is very competent and experienced, and also very loving towards her animal patients and their anxious human moms and dads. Her practice team also ensures that both people and animals feel comfortable right away. Greta and Leah made quite a fuss there, but Dr. Dellwing remained completely calm and proved to me once again her great ability to handle even difficult patients. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!! Do yourself and your pet a favor and find a decent vet. Dr. [Name] is not only completely unkind and rough with animals, but she also makes incorrect diagnoses out of the blue without conducting any proper examinations. Then you get medication meant for humans, with the lie that it doesn't exist specifically for animals. The dosage is then calculated based on the animal's estimated weight. If I had gone to a different vet right away, my cat would probably still be alive.

My guinea pig and I feel at home here! Friendly, a little chaotic, warm, open, everything necessary is done, and no extra rip-offs (both treatment and money). Thank you.
