I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. I am more than happy I chose this practice and would recommend it without hesitation. Value for money, competence, friendliness, and empathy – all top-notch! Whether it's an emergency on the weekend or a routine check-up, you are seen, understood, and always receive excellent advice. A huge thank you to the doctor and her team for everything they do.

I've been there several times with one of my cats and I'm always quite satisfied. The veterinary treatment has been very good so far, and the prices are also great. Sometimes, however, I would prefer to pay in two or three installments, especially for larger and more expensive treatments. In my case, I was able to pay the remaining balance a few days later. So, everything's fine. Even with an appointment, there's sometimes a bit of a wait, but it's still reasonable. I would definitely make an appointment, though; otherwise, you could end up waiting several hours. Of course, there are some interpersonal issues here and there, such as the ladies on the phone advising you something that the vet, Ms. Kowalsky, later advised against. In my case, I wanted to make an appointment for my cat, who was suffering from a severe flea infestation. I was told on the phone that I didn't need an appointment, as I could and should simply buy flea treatment at a specialist store. I did this, but it didn't help much. I called again because my cat's health was also deteriorating, and I got an appointment right away. The wait, even on a Saturday, was about an hour, despite having an appointment. Which is still perfectly acceptable for me. At my appointment, Ms. Kowalsky told me I should have made an appointment with her right away. However, as I mentioned above, the first time I called, they told me I should buy flea treatment myself, which I also told the vet. They then subtly suggested to me that this wasn't true and that they wouldn't recommend such a thing over the phone. Nevertheless, from a veterinary and other human perspectives, I feel that my cats are in good hands here, and so far, I can definitely recommend Ms. Kowalsky as a person.

Very friendly staff. You're in good hands with Ms. Kowalski. Prices are very reasonable. They never try to sell you anything you don't need, unlike some other vets.
