Dr.med.vet. Wiebke Hell

A veterinarian through and through. She's not for the owner, she's for the animal. The owner will have to listen to her criticism if something isn't right: if they should have come in sooner or if they haven't treated their pet well. However, no other veterinarian I've met fights for their patients like she does. Hats off to Dr. Hell! Her prices are low compared to other veterinarians I know.

We've received excellent advice and care for our dogs for decades. A true veterinarian with heart and mind. She was always able to help and advise us competently, even when it was sometimes harsh truth, but you would never be ripped off here. Thank you so much for the excellent treatments over all these years.

I haven't gone to any other vet for years! Dr. Hell and her assistant are always so caring and highly competent, and they've always been able to help each of my animals quickly, whether it's a rabbit, dog, or cat. She even treats sick wild animals like hedgehogs in emergencies. The prices are always fair and not at all overpriced like at many other vets.

We went there twice with two different cats and had the same bad experiences twice. Both times it was an eye infection, and each time the lady was very rough with the little ones. On top of that, every time, after cleaning the eye and prescribing ointment, she told us that if it didn't improve significantly after 48 hours, we should bring the cat back. Our suspicion: a money-making scheme! Moreover, after the vet visit, it didn't get better, but worse. Even though we followed the instructions, I can't recommend it. We've now found another vet. The assistant, however, was very friendly.

A very animal-loving veterinarian and a wonderful assistant. They showed great respect and love for the animal. They were also very efficient and thorough. The cat wasn't happy afterwards, but she didn't sulk at home either ;) I'd gladly come back (although I certainly hope I will ;)). Please keep up the good work, thank you!
