Fantastic Tierarzt! From the very first they were helpful, friendly, and kind. I had a great experience and so did my dog who usually does not enjoy the vet. However the staff did a lot to make him feel comfortable and were very nice. Dr. Müller was skilled and did a great job of explaining everything she was doing or procedures that were required and cost. They were able to do blood work rapidly at the office there and I was offered coffee while i waited. Also the waiting room is nice and has things for kids or families to do like books and a few blocks. (my daughter gave her approval as well!) Pricing was reasonable and they take VAT forms. Thank you again Dr. Müller and staff.

I'm absolutely thrilled! Superbly organized. Our 2.5-year-old German Shepherd had a corneal abrasion that urgently needed treatment. I contacted them by email on Wednesday and received a reply within 30 minutes. After verifying the urgency, we were able to come in just two days later, on Friday afternoon. We received a warm welcome, didn't have to wait long, and Dr. Haro explained everything clearly, took her time, and treated our Buddy right away. We are very satisfied and would definitely come back. Warmest regards to the entire practice team ♡ you are all wonderful. We will always be grateful for helping our Buddy.
