Super nice, friendly, and caring. I've been taking my dachshund to them for years and have always received excellent care. They searched until my dog ​​was well again, even when other practices couldn't help. Now I'm back with my other dachshund and gladly make the trip from Wittenau. We were referred there by my vet. Unfortunately, my regular vet doesn't treat eyes. This practice has an ophthalmologist. She examined my cat very thoroughly. We had excellent communication over the phone and hardly any waiting time. A very nice practice. Parking is available on site.

I switched doctors after 5 years and I'm very glad I did. Generally speaking: The practice layout and parking are excellent. The female staff are very friendly and empathetic. I can only partially assess their professional competence, but I don't really have any doubts about it. However: We have a rescue dog who has obviously had bad experiences with men. As we've seen during occasional visits from the two male doctors (who are also the owners), our dog reacts with particular stress to both of them. The treatments also struck me as rather unempathetic and insensitive. It's different with the female doctors and nurses. I've always found them to be much more sensitive and attentive to the animals. The dog reacted with less panic. Therefore, over the years, I've always scheduled appointments so that we could be treated by the female doctors, in the interest of minimizing stress for the dog. Recently, while scheduling an appointment, I spoke to the senior practitioner on the phone, who made it very clear to me in what I considered a very unfriendly tone that there was no option to choose the treating veterinarians. That was it! Despite pointing out that we had had better experiences with the female veterinarians for years, I was told that we and the dog would simply "have to get through it." Of course, the practice owner is free to decide how to manage patient allocation. However, I want not only expert treatment for my pet, but also a veterinarian who is kind and sensitive to the animal. A "that's it" mentality that doesn't allow me to choose the veterinarian for the benefit of my pet is unacceptable to me. Therefore, I switched practices. At the new practice, this wasn't a problem at all. I felt understood, the dog was treated with patience and sensitivity, and by the second appointment, the dog was practically going into the practice willingly. That's one way it can go... Just to clarify: I'm also a man, but I find a reaction like the one described here really outdated and unacceptable.

I love being here and have been for years with all my beloved animals. We don't always agree, but we talk about it and find a solution. Even without an appointment, there's no long wait. Thank you for your work with us humans too 🙏
