We've taken our dogs and guinea pigs there for treatment. Waiting times are a bit longer as it's usually quite busy. But the treatments have always been excellent and professional. The ophthalmologist deserves special mention; her expertise and quick treatment undoubtedly saved our dog's eye. Thank you so much!

A very clean and well-organized veterinary practice. He seems to be good with dogs and cats, but completely incompetent with rabbits. He picked up my rabbit by the shoulder without supporting its hip. He criticized the hay in the carrier, even though rabbits always need hay. My rabbit has hip dysplasia and is in severe pain. He requested x-rays and said he would get back to me. He hasn't. All he did was administer medication. Therefore, I would not recommend this vet for rabbits of this type!

What can I say, it couldn't be better. I felt completely at ease from the very first moment and tried everything I could to help my little Yorkie, Muffin… and it worked! 🙏 Surgery freed him from his pain. The doctor(s) were fantastic, and the entire team was equally wonderful – every single helper was kind and accommodating. Here, my German Pinscher's life was saved through emergency surgery, and one year later, Dr. Freistedt and his team also saved the life of my young rescue dog, who had been abandoned by other veterinarians (or treated incorrectly), at the very last second. I can only thank the entire team, Dr. Freistedt, and especially Dr. Söffing.

Fantastic! Quick appointment scheduling, respectful treatment of both people and animals by the entire team, excellent cardiological care, and even telephone inquiries are handled patiently and competently. It couldn't be better!
