We have been visiting Dr. Silke Franck's practice with our pet cats for many years. The practice is extremely well-organized. Appointments are available even at short notice. There is virtually no waiting time. The advice is excellent, and the animals are treated with great care. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team at the practice for their work.

Absolutely not recommended!!! Beware for all visitors with pregnant animals! We had our cat checked for pregnancy because she had developed a very large belly. We were told she wasn't pregnant and pressured to have our male cat neutered. There was no clear recommendation to check if the cat needed an ultrasound. We were certain the cat wasn't pregnant. Less than a month later -> little kittens!!! How can this happen with a non-pregnancy diagnosis from a professional? The veterinarian is unwilling to comment or clarify afterward and accuses us of blatant incompetence. You actually had a second chance, but then you were incredibly rude on the phone. You will never see us as customers again. And I hope many customers think twice before coming to you. What if a cat is sick? Do you also make excuses when it dies a short time later? It's absolutely sad that you delete comments to keep the word out.

Friendly, competent, and empathetic towards both animals and people. The booking system works with truly minimal waiting times. Our cat wasn't scared and received the help he needed. I think that's the most important thing.

A huge thank you to Dr. Franck and the wonderful team at the practice. Our 14-year-old dog had a tumor that required surgery. Due to years of less-than-ideal experiences at other practices, we postponed the operation for a very long time. Dr. Franck and her lovely assistant put us and our dog at ease and carried out the treatment in a stress-free manner. Our family member is doing great and has found his go-to doctor should the need arise again.
