Unfortunately, this was a complete medical error regarding my cat's treatment. After a severe injury, no ultrasound was performed, despite my explicit request. I sent photos and videos of her labored breathing directly to the vet on Saturday, instructing me to return for a follow-up appointment on Monday. On Monday, she claimed it was too late; I should have come earlier. (Contrary to what she said on Saturday.) I lost my beloved cat, and I've also lost all trust in veterinarians. To this day, I regret not having listened to my gut feeling, sought out a different vet, or gone to the emergency clinic. They wouldn't even offer me any compensation for the €600 euthanasia fee. I cannot recommend them at all!
