Dr. Ulusal is a great veterinarian! we took our new baby kitten Hexe to get sterilized at his office and it was a fast and affordable process. We really appreciate him fitting the surgery into our schedule, and as she is a female cat the recovery time and cost was higher - but Dr. Ulusal made it no problem at all. Hexe recovered in less than two weeks with no complications, happier than ever. Semra hanim was also very attentive and kind in explaining how to take care of her post surgery. Thanks to both, we will rely on you in the future 💕 Note: Turkish and German speaking (little English).

Dr. Ulusal is a great veterinarian that answers your questions in a very detailed way and makes sure that everything goes smoothly. We’ve visited him a couple of times for our two cats and he has been always helpful. He definitely has this professional approach that I’d trust.

All of the personnel & the doctor was extremely kind, attentive & competent. They were speaking 3 languages & fast in their work as well. Complete 5 star there. Please just rate them very good from service perspective. However... the prices were outrageously expensive for us. And we had the opposite expectations reading reviews here. For reference, we had rabies shots + new id papers for 3 cats and it took 270 euros. Same excluding the renewed paperwork was 90 euros in another veterinary in the Mitte region! Injection itself + price of vaccines + putting the vaccine certifications in paperwork + reading the chips (mandatory step) + light examination (basically just taking the cats out of the bags, looking them, weighing them and touching the furs a bit for two of them) were all billed separetely. I do not think we can go there again, can't even imagine how much it would take for a proper examination, blood samples, teeth control etc.

Very professional, gentle and attentive veterinarian. Me and my wife brought our cat for vaccination after getting an appointment just half an hour earlier. He checked our cat thoroughly.

Mr. Ulusal is one of the best vets I could find in Berlin. Whenever I visit him, he makes sure that my cat is well taken care of. I have been here a couple of days ago to get my cat spayed. He explained what I should do before and after the surgery. It took around 30 minutes and he did it with ultimate care. I was provided 3 tubes of painkillers to give my cat for the following 3 days. I was also given the Elizabethan collar to put around her neck so she doesn’t try to clean her wound. She (completely) woke up from anastesia after ~8 hours of sleep and got her first food. On the second day she was already running after some flies.
