I had Dr Seidel - he was excellent, calm, professional and reassuring. I cannot thank him enough. I felt very lucky to have him available for our call this evening. Thank you, Dr! And thank you for speaking English as I’m still working on my German and it is not very good at this time. Thank you!

Dr. Akman was incredibly caring and helpful. She was thorough in her questions and advice. She really helped us in a very scary situation with our baby. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Very helpful and informative conversation. Unfortunately my dog needed emergency support, however the person on call gave me all the information I needed, and directions as to what to do next. They even suggested a great emergency vet clinic - which turned out to be super helpful and saved my dog!

The doctor was really helpful. She listened to the symptoms carefully and looked at my dog. She seemed very experienced. Her advices were well informed and she explained them to me nicely and elaborately. It was a really good consultation.

Even on Christmas Eve I was able to reach a great vet through this service. No subscription, no bs, just timely and important help. Really a valuable service that I am grateful for.
