Great friendly service
We wanted an emergency check up of our dog and this was done in a very thorough way. We were very satisfied!
Thank you for hanging up on me twice when trying to take an appointment. Context: on on Fri Sept 22nd just before 17Uhr I called to ask for an appointment, and the woman who answered the phone expressed that she only speaks english ‘ein bisschen’ so I spoke in german to eventually get hung up on. I called again for the benefit of the doubt, asked again to get an appointment, only to get hung up on again.
Swetlana here helped me in the kindest and most compassionate way. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and treated my little hamster with real care and empathy. 5/5
