Really appreciate the in home service. The Vets are very kind and take their time. My cat isn't great with travel and the cost is worth the in home visit.

The appointment went well. I would definitely use Felmo from now on. Neli (the vet) was really helpful. I would like an option for English speakers (for next time)

Don‘t even try to get hell here. The man on the phone no clue what he is doing and just rude. Try to go somewhere else

I would give a negative star review if it was possible. This is the worst service I have received anywhere, not just from a vet service. The "vet" who came completely ignored my cat, didn't even acknowledge him while he was trying to get her attention. She had ZERO knowledge on proper travel proceedings into and through the EU with a cat. Even worse, she insulted us by trying to say we brought our cat into the country illegally, and that our health certificate wasn't valid. Border control and a second vet both confirmed the validity of our document. In addition, this vet is charging me a hefty fee when she did nothing but insult us, and provided no services at all. On top of that, I have been working with Felmo via email since that time to try and get the bill fee waived or reduced. They have sent me 2 email payment reminders, each with an additional charge of 5 euros for not paying. How can you send me additional fees when we are in process of discussing the bill?! I will be reporting this vet to the veterinary board as they do not know what they are doing and are scamming people. DO NOT use this vet.
