Gemeinschaftspraxis Reichertshofen

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the dissatisfied customers here. While I didn't see a doctor, the ladies at the reception were so unsympathetic, unfriendly, and dismissive, especially in the case of an emergency involving a toddler... that I regretfully have to leave a negative review. I've never experienced anything like it before.

I've been a patient at this practice for years and can only say 100% positive things. The doctors are very dedicated, very understanding, and really take their time with their patients. They always manage to get you an emergency appointment at short notice, even when the practice is really busy. The receptionists are also very friendly, whether on the phone or when you visit in person, and they do a fantastic job, as do the assistants. Overall, it's a really well-coordinated team where you feel completely comfortable every time you visit. So, a big thank you to the entire team at the Reichertshofen group practice!

What can I say? It's simply a fantastic practice. My parents, my husband, and I feel like we're always there. Whenever there's an urgent problem, they always help as quickly as possible. No matter what the issue. The practice is very busy, yet the staff and doctors are always friendly. If you speak kindly to people, you'll be treated kindly in return. It's that simple in life, and that includes in a doctor's office. Thank you to the whole team for being there!

We have only positive things to say. The doctors and assistants are all fantastic. Dr. Schaipp is especially good; she managed to get our three-year-old to stop panicking at doctor's visits.

The service at this practice is abysmal. The rude "ladies" at reception are incredibly insolent. A referral (after sending the documents by fax) to a hospital for a desperately needed biopsy was refused! Their reasoning: it was the patient's responsibility; it was simply a matter of their health! When I inquired with the doctor (sic!) at this practice, she suggested I find another general practitioner. Fantastic!
