Once again, you were our saviors and helpers in our time of need. While I myself had almost given up hope due to my old friend Piet's age and the incident, we managed to save him and give him a little more time with us. It is thanks to your care, attention, and quick action that he is still with us and radiates so much joy. Everything is explained and provided for straightforward follow-up treatment and aftercare at home. Whenever I have questions, you are always quick, friendly, and understanding when you call. During our vacation in Marienbad, our cat was taken to the boarding house in the Cottbus animal shelter by the veterinarian Ms. Helkowski. She carried out the annual check (vaccination and deworming). We had arranged the appointment in the practice beforehand.
