A very nice team and great doctors. Dr. Schäfermeyer has been my doctor for years. BUT you have to wait forever for an appointment, and when you arrive on the day of the appointment, you have to wait for hours more. Hence, one star deduction. ********* Update So far, it's been no problem getting a prescription. They're never reachable by phone. You get disconnected at least 20 times, and if you do get through, you should play the lottery that day. But now I'm having trouble getting a prescription. They're claiming things that aren't true. The practice has opening hours that are impossible for people who work, and I can't even submit my card. The health insurance company sent the practice something in advance so that I can have a prescription, but they're making a fuss about it, too. What's going on with you now?

This medical practice is truly first-class. From the ladies at the reception to the doctors, everyone is extremely kind, helpful, and empathetic. I feel in good hands with this team. It's a shame I have heart problems, but it's a good thing I ended up here. Conclusion: Highly recommended!

There, as a patient, you get exactly the treatment you want, something that's become very rare these days! A super-caring, competent cardiologist who listens carefully and takes her time. When you finally get through to the staff, they are always very friendly and helpful. The doctors are also very competent, and I feel well cared for there, but I have rarely experienced such a terrible telephone hotline as this practice. As a rule, you have to try 6-7 times throughout the afternoon before you get through to someone. The hotline always answers first, which isn't a problem in itself, but in 70% of cases, you don't get any further than that. Once you've finished listening to the recorded message, you're put on hold, which is either ended immediately or after a few minutes when the call is disconnected.
