Mr. Janssen has been treating my horse competently and conscientiously for years. He's incredibly kind and straightforward. He's always happy to answer any questions. Ms. Tessner (a wonderful office worker) is also always very helpful.
He's hard to reach, but when he does come, he's always on time.
He treated one of our horses over the weekend. He handled the case competently and conscientiously. We treated him to coffee, cake, and food, followed by a barbecue, for hours. The final bill was a real shock – exorbitant and outrageous. He charged for every single hour he spent with us, including time spent chatting and eating. 👎👎👎
