Unfortunately, we weren't taken seriously, just like a bite wound. We were sent home with a wave of the hand and the worst possible treatment. A day later, there was a fever, necrotic tissue, and a life-threatening infection. The next stop was the veterinary clinic. On the way back and in the coming days, we'll be filled with the fear and anxiety of whether it was too late. I've rarely experienced such a disinterested and incompetent veterinarian.

We were patients of Dr. Kittler for many years, my grandmother was too, and we were always very satisfied with the treatment and the cost. There was never anything negative, and we also received competent help here in emergencies.

I'm always very, very satisfied. My four-legged friends are always in good hands. It's as if I'm coming home and receiving kind advice and help from my loved ones. Please continue to be so kind and friendly to animals and owners. Yours, Angelika Fleck. 🌹❤️🤗

A very nice couple. Our animals have been in their care for years. We've never experienced anything negative. Both of them are passionate about their work. I appreciate Mr. Kittler's honesty, which he expresses without being offensive.
