A very bad experience. I was told my dog ​​definitely had a life-threatening uterine infection and would die without surgery. The clinic discovered this wasn't true. This incorrect diagnosis left me very unsettled and resulted in unnecessary costs. I would not recommend it.

The first time I visited the practice was with a friend and his dogs. Dr. Schüffelgen and her team immediately impressed me with their friendly manner. When I then brought my own dog (always a special case), I was equally convinced of their expertise. I could rely on their honest and empathetic assessment right to the end, and I couldn't have wished for better veterinary care for my dog. Many thanks to the entire team!

This veterinary practice comes highly recommended. Our beloved dog and we, as his owners, were always treated with empathy and kindness by the team. Even in the final hours of our dog's life, the team was incredibly compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to Wurzel.

We were just there. Great practice. Everyone was very friendly and competent. If we lived closer, we would definitely take our whippet there. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic! I was there today for the first time with my little 5-month-old Sacred Birman kitten, Benedetto. I called the veterinary assistant yesterday to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was so polite and helpful. She was incredibly kind and answered all my questions. Today I had my appointment with the vet, and she was so loving and gentle with Benedetto. A little treat quickly broke the ice. I have to say, this practice has left a very positive and lasting impression on me. I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice. Unfortunately, it's not a given these days that you'll be greeted so warmly. Five stars aren't enough! And the price-performance ratio is excellent.
