Best Vet ever! Direct, honest. I love it!
Today I had to say goodbye to my beloved cat Sammy. It was one of the hardest days for me – but I am incredibly grateful to have been supported by such a loving and empathetic team during this difficult time. Even in the last few days, Martina Kopplin-Körner cared for Sammy with so much heart and dedication. You could feel how much she tried to help him – and how much compassion she showed. Even today, at the farewell, everything was handled with calm, dignity, and deep understanding. I didn't feel alone. Sammy was able to pass away peacefully – and I was able to let him go into loving hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire team. For your respect, your warmth, and the quiet strength that means so much in moments like these. 🐾❤️
Woman doesn’t want to help cause I don’t speak German… just hang up… medical facility?
Our cat started coughing. So we went to see her... she diagnosed him with pneumonia. The boy got an injection and some pills. Eventually, the pneumonia cleared up, but the cat kept coughing. So we were at her place almost every day, trying to finally find out what was wrong. He kept getting injections and pills that didn't help at all. By then, we'd spent over €1000. Thank goodness we have insurance. So we decided to switch to a vet in Walbeck. There, they immediately diagnosed it as being due to the dry air from the heating. And they told us to just leave him alone. We bought an air purifier, and he hardly coughs anymore. He doesn't need any more medication, and certainly not any injections. So, to each their own... but we'll never go back to that vet's office.
On Sunday, we visited this veterinary practice because our Yorkie was breathing rapidly and heavily and had a fever. After the examination, the vet diagnosed bronchitis and administered two injections. We paid almost €186 for a misdiagnosis. Since our dog wasn't getting better, we drove to Braunschweig the next day. There, the vet immediately performed an ultrasound and diagnosed pyometra (uterine infection). She underwent emergency surgery that same day. Unfortunately, this experience was very negative for us. It could have cost our dog her life if we hadn't sought treatment at another clinic in time. Not recommended. :(
