One star because zero wasn't an option. From the very first phone call, the vet was only interested in his emergency fee: €80 for two cats on a Saturday, payable in cash on the spot. The treatment took five minutes: he looked in one cat's mouth, gave one cat two injections, and the other two. The total cost was €200. I paid and took the cats to my car. I went back in to get a receipt and find out what medications had been administered. This was refused and demanded an additional €40 payment. I had to call the police to get a receipt for the payment and to find out what the two cats had received. I will absolutely never take my cats to this "veterinarian" again!

We were there with our dog. The vet and assistants immediately crowded him so much that he retreated in fear. Then, without asking or involving us, they wanted to put a muzzle on him right away. They frightened the dog more and more. He's 10 months old and a very sweet dog. My impression was that the assistants and vet had very little empathy for animals. Perhaps it's due to their age. I wouldn't want my dog treated like that. We left. Outside the waiting room, a dog was sitting, trembling terribly. The woman said he'd been there before. In retrospect, that tells me more than anything else.

I've been taking my cats to Dr. Kreuder regularly for vaccinations for years. He's very friendly and gives excellent advice. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, appointments can be made by phone, and his office hours are only in the evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
