First of all, I must mention that the ladies at reception are very friendly and helpful. You don't need an appointment at this veterinarian. We've only been there for minor things so far, and it's always been fine. Because we have a dog with allergies, and the vet wanted to avoid large costs and unnecessary experimentation, he immediately recommended the animal hospital to us. We thought that was a good idea.

Absolutely not recommended! They're on call, but nobody answers the phone in the mornings. My daughter spent a lot of money there for her beloved cat. "Fill her up and give her plenty to drink," were his words, "she'll be fine." Nothing will be fine. Ten hours later, the cat died a miserable death. Fantastic. Truly fantastic service. If she had known this beforehand, she would have let her go. Never again. Zero stars!!!

Many thanks to this practice for the quick help, advice, and care of our dog. They were very kind and friendly, explained everything clearly, and handled our anxious dog very well. All the best! ☘️👌

Update June 2024: It's such a shame that a fantastic practice with a great team, a wealth of experience, and genuine care had to close. All the best! Simply a wonderful practice with great opening hours for working people! A very friendly team that takes plenty of time for each patient. Our dog always looks forward to our visit. Excellent advice and treatment at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

You feel very well cared for at this practice. Everything that needs to be done is explained clearly. The vet and nurses are excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The vet was incredibly patient with our cat's illness and nursed him back to health time and time again. Unfortunately, he had to put our cat down yesterday at the age of 16. I wish the practice all the best and thank them again.
