A veterinarian with heart and mind! She's been with us for a few years now, first as an osteopath and then quickly as a veterinarian as well. Whether it's routine appointments like vaccinations or advice on feed, stabling, and training, Ms. Krost always takes plenty of time and patiently answers all questions. We recently switched to this practice and have had two appointments so far. One was for dental work, together with a dental specialist, and the other was for vaccinations and a consultation regarding my horse's breathing. I had already received excellent advice from her over the phone beforehand. Both times, she was very sensitive to the fact that my horse had unfortunately had some very bad experiences with the vet in the past and is therefore a bit more "special" to handle. The treatments with Ms. Krost were much more relaxed, and everything went smoothly, thanks to her calm demeanor and her willingness and knowledge of positive reinforcement. I also greatly appreciate that the overall picture and the horse's living conditions are considered, and that they look beyond the immediate issue to achieve the best possible outcome for the horse. Furthermore, scheduling appointments was very straightforward. Overall, they took a lot of time for us. Thank you very much!
