I've been a patient there for at least nine years and feel very well cared for. Dr. Luther is incredibly friendly and speaks his mind. The practice team is just as friendly and remains calm even during stressful times. For me, he's the best doctor in Bochum. I hope he never retires.

A very satisfied patient for a year now! The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. I feel well cared for by both doctors. In my opinion, waiting times are also reasonable; I've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes.

The practice seems dated. But you can't get past the registration desk anyway, as everyone with cold symptoms has to wait outside in the cold hallway. The registration form seems very poorly copied. I do not recommend this medical practice. I cannot judge the doctor's competence because I didn't get to see him.

My mother (86, severely disabled) has been a long-term patient and repeatedly receives the same medications. She normally receives them in packs of 98 (€5 co-pay). Now, six times in a row, she has only been prescribed 10. The pharmacy is then only allowed to dispense 10 (€5 co-pay). My nurse, my assistant, and I are left helpless. Sometimes a phone call isn't possible and requires double travel/costs/time. This has been criticized several times, but the change hasn't been made permanently. After another complaint, the doctor called: "We're no longer treating YOU. Find another doctor!" It fits with the other reviews; employees usually receive warnings for persistent misconduct, but here Dr. med. is distorting the review: "Family doctor and palliative care doctor."
