A very satisfied patient for a year now! The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. I feel well cared for by both doctors. In my opinion, waiting times are also reasonable; I've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes.

My mother (86, severely mobility-impaired) has been a long-time patient and is prescribed the same medications repeatedly. She usually receives them in packs of 98 (co-payment €5). Now, six times in a row, she has only been prescribed packs of 10. The pharmacy is only allowed to dispense packs of 10 (co-payment €5). My sister, my assistant, and I are then left helpless. Sometimes, calling the pharmacy is impossible and requires extra trips, costs, and time. This has been complained about several times, but the system hasn't been permanently changed. After another complaint, the doctor called and said: "We will no longer treat you. Find another doctor!" This aligns with other reviews; normally, employees receive warnings for repeated misconduct, but here, Dr. med. is twisting the review, "General Practitioner and Palliative Care Physician."

I've been going to this practice for over 10 years now and am still satisfied. Of course, like in any doctor's office, things can get hectic, and sometimes something gets overlooked. They're only human, and in situations like these, common sense and consideration from the patient's perspective are what matter to me! I feel well cared for there, have always received proper treatment, are never pressured into anything, and decisions are always made in consultation with the patients.
