We have been patients of Dr. Lenke for several years now. She takes her time, is very friendly, and respectful. The examinations of our dogs, Goku and Zelda, are always very thorough. I visited the practice for my tomcat's second vaccination and for his neutering and was always greeted with a very warm welcome by the ladies at the front! The doctors, Dr. Annette Lenke, and her assistant are very competent, professional, friendly, and helpful. Before each treatment, they explain exactly what will be done and how, and afterward, they also explain what to keep in mind. The price is also discussed in advance, and it's absolutely fair! If you have any questions, you get immediate answers and no "stupid looks" like you get at other practices. Appointments are scheduled fairly promptly, and the very friendly customer service is also reflected on the phone. I am very impressed and warmly recommend the veterinary practice.
