The best veterinarian, and the whole team! They gave our dog Dora about 5 years of life; it was the only practice that truly cared for her and was always there for her until the very last minute.... Dr. Schulze Rückamp is an exceptional veterinarian in my eyes – both professionally and personally. I greatly appreciate her honest and direct manner; she doesn't beat around the bush but says it like it is. That's precisely what I consider a good veterinarian. I would especially like to emphasize that she saved my dog's life one night on a public holiday – even though she wasn't officially on call. I will never forget what she did in that moment. Beyond that, she is always available for emergencies, treats animals with great compassion and dedication, and lovingly cares for each and every one. For me, she is far more than "just" a veterinarian: she is a wonderful animal welfare advocate who is fully committed to the well-being of animals – not for financial gain, but out of genuine passion.

Dr. Schulze-Rückamp is a great expert with animals and very empathetic. She has a bit of a hard time with the human "animals," but they only play second fiddle anyway. 😉 The practice is very well equipped and never overcrowded, so unnecessary stress for the animals is avoided. So, good practice management here, too. The medical assistants at the table are excellent, although the lady at the reception is a bit "snotty" 😉.

I've been very satisfied for years. Always friendly and absolutely competent. Appointments available at short notice. The doctor and team are simply SUPERB! They've helped my almost 15-year-old "grandpa" many times and even saved his life years ago. Their support, especially now, is always empathetic!
