Fantastic team! I highly recommend them! ☺️
Super friendly and competent, well-organized; online appointment booking is great.
Book your appointment online through Pets XL. Short waiting time. It's expensive everywhere.
Unfortunately, after an initially good impression, I've now had such a bad experience… Our bulldog repeatedly suffers from inflamed nasal folds, which are always successfully treated with Surolan. The medication wasn't dispensed directly, which is somewhat understandable, but then to charge around 50 euros for the examination (plus the medication, meaning an additional 26 euros) is bordering on outrageous. When I inquired, I was told that the nasal fold was examined and a general examination was performed, which consisted solely of listening to the heart and lungs. Apparently, Dr. Thies examined the dog from head to tail and cites 20 years of experience. I just wonder why she apparently missed the eye defect and the bald patches in the fur and didn't ask about them… I would have gladly explained the situation to her.
