Our cat was dying, and we didn't want her to suffer, so we went straight to the vet. The empathetic Ms. Stüven had nothing better to do than lecture us about why we hadn't made an appointment. Hello? Who plans for death?! This assistant was unbelievable! There was only one person sitting in the waiting room… The vet was great; she gave us time to say goodbye, so she gets a second star for that! We definitely won't be coming back. I don't even want to say anything about the prices…

A truly fantastic practice! Our Bonny was in an emergency situation and suffering from severe pain, and even though we weren't patients yet, we were seen very quickly to help her. All the staff were very friendly and empathetic. During the treatments, the costs were always discussed and agreed upon with me so there would be no unpleasant surprises. Bonny received truly outstanding care, and everything was explained to me very clearly. Thanks to the wonderful treatment, Bonny is doing much better, and we say THANK YOU!

Friendly staff, got an appointment the same day. My dog ​​is very anxious, but it's never a problem; she's treated on the floor for almost everything. (Yes, even the vet squats down and shows understanding that picking her up would cause her even more stress.) I can't comment on the price-performance ratio compared to other places, because we've been going to this practice for 10 years. And veterinary care does cost money, after all. 😀 And we believe that anyone getting a pet should plan ahead for potential costs. We are very satisfied.

We were visiting my husband's parents, and unfortunately, our dog started to suffer greatly during our visit. The very kind veterinarian, after examining him, put him to sleep to end his suffering. Thank you for the calm you radiated. I was completely distraught and crying. She gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my companion of 12 years. Thank you 🙏🏼 for putting him at peace! Now he is hopefully in heaven, happily running through meadows and fields again.

We, including my parents, have been taking our cats and dogs of various breeds to this veterinary practice for over 30 years, and we still do. (I can only speak for the long-serving veterinarians and staff at this practice.) I am so incredibly grateful for their work! They made special arrangements to fit appointments into my schedule (caring for my mother), and they gave us plenty of time and patience when making decisions about euthanasia and the subsequent care. Even during times of financial hardship, they always made treatment possible. They used to come to our home for treatments or euthanasia. The examinations were always calm, loving, and patient. Even when I had to leave a dog just for an examination, and it hit me so hard emotionally that I felt like I was going to have to let him go, even though my mind knew "I'll get him back," they were there for me. They don't just treat the dog, they treat the owner too. I've had a dog again since June and I'm so glad to have the same vets, as you build a relationship of trust over the years. I hope my little bear will continue to be treated by them for a long time to come. ❤️ We'll gladly come back for a check-up this year! 😊
