Dr. Radelof made a house call today because our dog had several neurological issues after a fall. We felt well-advised and also had the feeling that our dog was in the best hands with her. Since he reacts to visits to veterinary clinics with an extremely high stress level, and it has happened to us before that they simply didn't want to examine him further, today's experience in familiar surroundings with a patient and competent doctor was truly a blessing.

A fantastic veterinarian!! We are always thrilled with her. She takes an incredible amount of time, examines our three cats thoroughly and lovingly, and manages to completely calm both the animals and us. Her manner is unique: relaxed, warm, empathetic, and at the same time absolutely professional. She answers every question calmly, explains everything clearly, and always remains friendly and patient. She takes our worries and fears seriously without ever making us feel like we're "overreacting." And the fact that she's mobile and comes directly to our home is simply a huge blessing—especially for more sensitive animals.
