The team, especially veterinarian Ms. Zahn and Uli, were very empathetic and caring. They both took their time with our hamster, were sensitive, and gave us comprehensive advice. I would choose this practice again without hesitation.

We were passing through and had to see a vet because of an eye problem. We got an appointment without any trouble. The treatment was very thorough, and everyone was very friendly. We felt very well cared for. Thank you so much!

We were passing through Greifswald. Our dog had been bitten by another dog three days prior, though there were no initial signs. However, thick scabs eventually formed, so we decided to take him to the vet. We had called ahead to schedule an appointment. Within half an hour, our dog had been examined and treated with great care. Many thanks to the vet and her team.
