We are incredibly grateful 🙏🏼🥹 to have finally found the right veterinarian for our dog in Dr. Nicola Grübl. We had tried several vets before, but here, for the first time, we truly feel completely at ease. It's immediately clear that she practices her profession with so much heart and passion. We received thorough and easy-to-understand advice; she takes her time and patiently answers every single question. You feel taken seriously and understood – simply wonderful on a personal level. We were particularly touched by her loving and calm manner with our dog. He was treated incredibly gently and sensitively, leaving us, as dog moms, with a very secure and reassuring feeling. Excellent treatment and a fantastic team! I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jennifer Hochgesang's veterinary practice and, above all, the entire team! We brought our cat, Yoyo, to the practice, and I'm so glad we chose this option. 💖 Humanity and Competence Calm Atmosphere: The entire practice exudes a wonderful sense of calm, which is incredibly important, especially for pet owners and anxious animals. My cat, Yoyo, wasn't afraid at all – you can't ask for a better sign! Friendliness: All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. You immediately feel well cared for. Communication: Sensitive or difficult topics were addressed very sensibly and respectfully. Every test and every step of the treatment was explained to me in detail, so I always knew what was happening. ✅ Best Outcome After the visit, Yoyo was already feeling much better, which underscores the team's high level of expertise. The cost was also (in my opinion) very reasonable for the service and care provided. Many thanks to Dr. Hochgesang and the entire team for the excellent care and for making our vet visit as pleasant as possible! I've found my new regular vet and will be coming back regularly from now on. Next time, I'll also take my second cat there. Highly recommended!

Perfect! With four dogs now and a temporary closure here… I've been to many vets, including some well-known ones… back to the roots – my first dog and my cats were here, and now my Yukiko is finally here again too, and I'm so happy to be back… Empathy… Time commitment… Diagnosis… Treatment… finally everything is right again… my sweetheart and I are doing great after just one visit… thank you 😘 He'd had skin problems for three months and nothing helped… constant itching and biting… the diagnosis: ringworm… One bath… not popular… but helpful… we'll keep going 😉
