Competent, friendly, reliable, and empathetic. He accompanied my mare and me until the very end and always had a listening ear, even during the very emotional and difficult final days. It's clear he's there for the animals and their owners and loves his work. He's very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and is happy to explain things a second time. I was also very grateful that he accompanied my mare and me on her final journey. Not many people find the right words. Simply thank you.

Poor treatment of older horses! X-rays charged at four times the standard rate! Medication pickup was fine.

We had an appointment. He simply didn't show up. Phone calls were blocked. No explanation was given as to why the appointment was missed. Very unprofessional.
