The doctor was very nice, and the entire medical team was also very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, we can't give a positive report and will not be using this practice again or recommending it to others. Definitely ask about the costs of individual treatments and examinations beforehand if you don't have pet insurance... it helps avoid a shock and disappointment. We felt a bit overwhelmed by the price and hadn't expected such a high amount (470 euros, no less!), or rather, we were missing more detailed information. Ultimately, we found a solution, but the unease remained. The vet became rather snappy when we dared to question the price and advised us to find a cheaper vet in the future. We will follow this advice.
