Very good. Not overcharging like so many other Cologne vets. I did administer and have my own tablets. They were very obliging by fitting us in when they were busy.

Very professional and caring team

I bring my two cats here and feel very well cared for (I think and hope my cats do too :))! The whole team is amazing! Ms. Busch takes the time to answer all my questions, and most importantly, she puts my mind at ease. What I find particularly wonderful is the genuine interest in the animals: After my cats were neutered, Ms. Busch wanted me to get in touch to let her know how they were doing (I've never experienced that anywhere else!). The waiting times are also incredibly short, which is obviously extremely stress-free and pleasant for the cats. The prices are also perfectly reasonable – I know of other practices that are far too expensive. A veterinarian I absolutely trust! So, I wholeheartedly recommend her! :)

As a basic vet for vaccinations and similar treatments, she's okay, but anything beyond that is completely incompetent. In my Golden Retriever's case, she made an incorrect diagnosis, which led to unnecessary costs. I also strongly advise getting a second opinion from another veterinary practice regarding neutering.
